Collection Analyst

Congress Collection

Full-time, Commission

We are currently searching for highly motivated, driven individuals to fill full-time Collection Analyst positions. 

  • All positions are hourly plus a commission incentive. Hourly wage is negotiable based on work and/or collections experience.
  • We offer full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA)

Tasks: 

  • Notify consumers of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment
  • Work with consumers to resolve their financial obligations
  • Establish repayment schedules, based on consumers' financial situations
  • Update delinquent consumers’ information
  • Meet company defined production goals
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with consumers, peers and clients

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma. Collection or call center experience preferred, but will train the right candidate(s)

Part-time Administrative Assistant For Collections Department

Congress Collection

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the collection department.

  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to appropriate personnel
  • Timely follow-up of priority requests from collection and management staff
  • Data entry and file maintenance (new account set-ups, file updates and more as needed)
  • Manage reports designed to provide analytical support to management teams
  • Provide additional administrative support for the collection team as requested
  • Reviewing/distributing emails
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
